So I started taking these because I had extremely high stress levels from taking care of my mom (who had dementia) for the last 10 years of her life. I had gottto the point where I only slept 2.5 - 3 hours at a time, with an afternoon nap of an hour. OMD where to start… I just don’t know what to think about this. At first was interesting and paid no mind.I Tried this for 1month taking 1 at first then increased up to 3. I noticed when I take it, I keep getting vivid nightmares. Very disturbing… at time I woke up disturbed by a vivid dream of the day, and one time woke up forcefully waking because the intensity of a dream.
