Great flavor - effective product
These taste sooo good. I like that they are low dose - only 1mg each. We use the sparingly with the kids & they always work within about 15-20 minutes.These were a great tool to use when my 4yo was going through a phase (like year long ‘phase’) where every night was an hour of fighting and screaming. We used them about 50 percent of nights with him at first, and now, a few month later, we have relatively calm bedtimes without needing the gummiesI take some as well (4-6) and they hit me after about half an hour.

Works great for one of my grandsons, gives the other nightmares. Takes about 25/30 minutes to take effect. Puts him right to sleep. Tastes great. No noticeable side effects for the one grandson who does use it. I don't give it to the other.
