This slip resistant tape was exactly what I needed.

Not very useful
I needed to seal my hinged barn doors. I was looking for something flexible that would hold up to the elements and infrequent opening/closing cycles. I stapled each edge to the barn door jam and frame. I could open and close the doors without undo stress on the seal. After a couple of months, it failed miserably. Even before the cold weather set in the rubber started deteriorating. The barn doors have only been opened a few times in the last 4 months and the rubber seal is falling apart.
