I got these as gifts for my mom and father-in-law and they both really liked them. They use them for their neck and shoulders mostly but you can actually move it around to your lower back too if you want.It’s easy to figure out and the heat feature feels amazing. The kneading is strong enough to actually work out tight spots but not too much that it hurts. You can adjust the direction too which is nice.Shipping was quick and everything came as expected. For the price I think it’s totally worth it, especially if you have family or friends who always complain about neck or shoulder pain.Definitely a good gift idea or even just to treat yourself after a long day.

I just got it today. So I cannot speak for durability.But what I would like to mention is how easy it is to operate, and what was most important to me is that it is not one that, is actually going to hurt more than relax.I had a shiatsu type back massager before that was way too hard on the neck and any bony part. I could simply not use it without being in pain afterwards.This one has just the right amount of pressure not too mild but not painful.It has the three speeds which is adequate.And if you are one that really likes the harder pressure just lean your neck or shoulders more against the back of a chair or couch and you will feel the pressure deeper.Regarding durability, if I find that it lacks in that area, I will update later on.The only thing that I noticed ( why I gave 4 stars only ) is that I really don’t notice the heat part being on or off. It does light up when on, but I didn’t feel the heat.Overall good for the price.

My neck has been hurting and stiff for a couple days so I looked for something that could be delivered same day, came across this massager and it definitely gets the job done, hits all the right pressure points, my neck feels so much better! I also have sciatica and my back has been bothering as well and it work just as good on my lower back!

I just got today and immediately used it. Other reviews mentioning it doesn’t heat up is correct. You feel some type of heat but it’s not super hot or anything just kinda like a lukewarm heat. I’m sure if you buy warming oil or something if then you’d get the heat you are looking for. I used it on my stomach for cramps: felt so good, used for lower back: it was uncomfortable but I also wasn’t laying in a comfortable position to begin with, I lastly used it for my traps/shoulders and it felt so good.

I can't speak highly enough about this neck massager! It is saving me from so much neck and back pain! My hopes weren't too high because I need something that will truly work out the muscles and boy was I pleasantly surprised!!! I will say that it is not meant for the sensitive. But if you can handle the pressure, it will work those tight muscles out! I just did a 20 minutes session on my neck and I feel fabulous! The heat is subtle but relaxing, it almost put me to sleep. If you are on the fence but in pain and can handle deep tissue massage, don't hesitate one more second, do yourself a favor and buy this little baby!
