Comfortable
Wore this bra and several others from same company after breast surgery. Love the fit. Made of good quality material. It was easy to use and comfortable to wear. Really helped with the healing of by breast. The price wasn't expensive and I still put it on sometimes to sleep in at night. The adjustable straps add ease to having to buy new bras as your size adjusted. My breast looked flattering on the bra. Not looking like the were swished together.

Best Post Surgical Bra you can find!
I got a breast reduction and lift, and I could not for the life of me find a surgical bra that supported me and fit correctly after until I found THIS. For reference, after reduction I’m about a 30D. This was the first bra that actually fit snug and made me feel comfortable AND supported.First off, the fact you can adjust the shoulder straps was life saving! The underarm part does go very high into the armpit which was. A tad uncomfortable, but the fact you can adjust the straps made it a lot better. I love the front closure and the inside of the closure has nice light padding there so you never feel pain or pressure from the closures. It also can be as loose or tight as you need!Next I’ll say that the quality if these are WAAAY higher than any of the fruit of the loom type surgical bras. This beats them by far. They’re cotton and breathable but thick enough that you feel held in place. They’ve got just enough stretch. You feel like this is an expensive luxury post surgical bra but it’s not expensive. I ended up needing to shrink the bra slightly as my breast swelling went down. All it took was 20 minutes in the dryer on hot and again, it fit perfect. Make note that if you need it smaller, it’s shrinkable! And if you don’t want it smaller, stay away from heat!Absolutely worth the buy. I was not disappointed and ended up ordering this is multiple colors!

Comfy, supportive, and runs a bit small.
Really comfortable product! Great quality: very soft fabric and yet thick enough for support. Fit a bit small so I had to reorder larger size. Consider one size up if in doubt or if this is for post-surgery to accommodate swelling and sensitivity.

Yes
Great for post op breast lift/aug has good compression and bottom binding for support I did size down to make sure I had compression and it was great not uncomfortable. Only thing is that the stitching did come undone within a week but they sent me another one for replacement

Soft, it support weel, and quality
I bought it after my surgery not too sure it was going to hold my breast after wearing for hour but IT DID! The fabric is very soft and doesn't wears out after several washes. It has hooks to hold higher or lower, and also has the holders if you want to make it tighter. I am impress on the quality for the price. I will order it again

Not for large breasts.
This is comfortable enough, soft enough... but it's too soft. I love that the straps are a clip adjustment, rather than the usual slide adjustment that never stays where you want it to. However, the band under the breasts is very soft and flexible, and the cups are soft, so they lack the support needed for large breasts and allow too much sag. The contents are pressed toward the center, rather than being kept in their natural position (uniboob), so I can't really recommend it for the surgery I bought it for, either - a cyst removal in the chest center. I bought the 3xl to compensate for the large chest size, and if my breasts were small, I think it would work wonderfully. However... they aren't (and unfortunately I don't think the surgeon will agree to lop them off when removing the cyst), so I can't recommend this bra for people like me who are over-endowed (DDD/E). This bra will work well enough to keep it, just not for post-op.

Miracle Bra
Love this bra and I'm so glad such an item existed. I have been dealing with permanent nerve damage and therefore pain on the shoulder exactly where a regular bras strap would lay. I have not been able to wear any bra except the bandeau bras which I hate. I stumbled on these on Amazon and was skeptical but due to the especially wider strap and the front closure, I decided to try and I'm glad I did. Feels great in that area...so far so good!

Comfortable post-surgery bra
I'm really glad I got this one. I was sent home after a partial mastectomy with a bra provided by the hospital which was fine and comfortable, but it had velcro straps and front. I preferred this one with the hook closures because you can more easily adjust the front tightness. A number of commenters said the tag was on the wrong side but the hospital bra also had the tag on the outside, so I assume it's for comfort and I just cut them off. I wear a 36 or 38 B and was glad I got a large--a medium would not have fit me even though I wear medium tops.I thought I might be able to make do with sports bra, but the cut of my sport bras would not have worked (I tried one on a couple weeks after surgery). The side of the bra as wide enough fabric that it goes up almost to the crease in the arm pit (comfortably--it's very soft) which covered the incision under the arm for a lymph node biopsy. The sports bra were not wide enough and hit underneath or on the incision which was painful. It can be worn comfortably at night as well and can be easily under just about any tops.
