Absolutely love the Clarity Lions Mane patch. I am a big fan of mushrooms; I just hate the taste, so this is a better way to utilize mushrooms. They have Reishi mushrooms which helps with my wellness and stress. The cordyceps are good for my inflammation. The Lion’s mane helps my nerves as I have some health issues. I wear these in the morning and they help with my energy. The Patch is soft on my skin which is helpful. These are a wonderful addition to my wellness routine. I can tell the days when I don’t wear the clarity patch. Sometimes I wake up feeling foggy, and I put a patch on, and 20-30 minutes later, I feel better. I am trying to switch my routine to natural products and sometimes they mess with my stomach and the patch obviously doesn’t do this to my stomach because I'm not digesting the mushrooms. This patch is part of my daily routine and my days are challenging to say the least. I wear the patches on my arms, lower stomach, and lower back and rotate them daily. Sometimes I have worn 2 patches at a time on tough days. I think they have ashwagandha which I am a big fan of too. I am a friendly patch fan, so always searching for what works best for my issues.

I came across the friendly patch clarity patches, and I must say they work very well. Within about 20 minutes I felt a subtle yet noticeable shift in my mind. They have lions mane, cordyceps and reishi mushrooms which I am a huge fan of and have them in a lot of things. I like the convenience of putting on one patch istead of taking a bunch of different things to get the same results. I put the patch on in the morning, and I am ready to go. I get distracted easily, and I find myself able to focus on the task at hand, which is great for me. I like patches because they don’t have any fillers like most pills or mixes have as I am careful what I put in my body. Trying to find a natural way to boost my focus is a challenge and I think I have found a nice unique way to do this for my personal needs.

There aren’t that many in a pack and they are kind of expensive. I’ve bought several and don’t really feel anything so I’m not sure if they are working or not.

I love the effects of mushrooms but not the taste or price of most other options. This friendly patch is perfect and easy, with the same great relaxing and clear-headed effects! It also smells a little minty which is nice. Stays on, is discreet and the ingredients are high quality.
