Update: Followed instructions took last night at 9::50pm since it should start working within 8hrs n NOTHING it’s 6:52am and NOTHING has happened. I’ll do another update. One thing i have to say 4rm reading all the reviews those that had suffered major cramping n nausea did NOT follow the instructions. All those that had did not have band cramps or nausea. My advice to EVERY1 is PLS FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS to protect ur stomach. Stuff like these for detoxing can be harmful if ur NOT following the instructions. PLS PLS BE WISE.

I am not getting paid to do this review. I am only doing this review so you can really see that it works. You’re not wasting your money. I weighed 161yesterday this morning. I weigh 158 that’s 3 pounds this is just with one day using it drank the pill like around 10 and night by 8 in the morning I was in the bathroom went two times then again like around 1pm the more water you drink the more time is you go to the bathroom it doesn’t make you go to the bathroom like crazy but the more water you drink the more times you will visit the bathroom. I really recommend this. It does clean you.

If you backed up need to get a cleanses take as directed . Consult your doctor if you have any issues. Helps to increase energy level no smell easy to swollen I was feeling so heavy and now I am moving around dropped few inches in my waist and size and it worked taking one at night and then increasing and functions as a colon cleanser pill size isnot too big and will go more regularly . Only side effect I had.

Boy OH BOY ! first and foremost it works ! The first couple of day I only took “one” just to get the fill of it and just by me taking “one” it had me running to the restroom! So i finally went up a notch and took “2” at once because that’s what it says to do. I have been on the toilet non stop! You can’t even enjoy an event without going to the bathroom!

Okay so I made the mistake of taking two capsules on the first night (please do not do that) Start With One Please, I'm writing this review from my toilet and the time is 5:01 am I Took two capsules around 9pm not even 8 hours later I'm awaken because I thought I heard my dryer on with shoes in them nope it was my stomach boy oh boy the bubbling and growling along with mild cramping and immediately after I sat up the cramps intensified I got up when to the bathroom and started to feel nauseous sat on the toilet and boom the biggest explosion ever I have chills and sweats it's feels like someone is performing an excorcism on my geez I'm not doing this again it works but it works a little to well.proceed with caution!!!!

I started off with 1 capsule. I intended to take daily, but stomach cramps were too uncomfortable so I ended up doing every other day. I did not finish bottle as I switched to another product that offers detox and Chlorophyll benefits. Back to the review, I was taking it at bedtime before 8pm so the cramps could finish before my work day next morning. I had a BM atleast twice in 1 day. For me that was improvement as I was only going once every few days. My body may could have went more if I took the recommended dose every day, but again cramps not worth it.

I bought these for my wife and she takes them when shes backed up. Its a small pill. She swallowed it with ease and the effects take about 2hrs for her and shes good to go. Helped her go pretty good.
