More protein
I use this to increase the protein in pancakes and other similar items I make from scratch. Helps keep growing kids from stalking the kitchen as soon as you get it clean. You wouldn’t want it for 100%, but mixed with regular flour, it works.

Smells are ok
I use this to make a low card bread. When I opened the bag, I noticed the distinct strong smell of soy beans. However, there's no more particular soybean's smell after baking. I recommend this for baking breads.

Nutty flavor. Need to use more liquids.
The TAJ Soya Bean Flour is fresh. It adds a nutty flavor to recipes. It tastes best in recipes that had peanut butter flavor or chocolate. We had to add more liquids with this flour. We have not tried it for savory recipes. $10 for a 2 pound bag is a good price.
