No warranty if not installed by their installation guy
Product in itself is nice, but they don't provide warranty if it is not installed by their installation guy but they also don't instal the lock if the wall is of granite or if door is of iron. Felt that was a bit unfair and on top of it the customer care don't reply even after waiting for an hour to connect the agent.
