Q: I have recently noticed when i put these in my pill box for the week the contents of the capsule shrinks and dries to a solid. wondering if it's ok.

Thank you for the question, one I've not encountered before. As long it is dry, not in a high humidity environment, it is fine. My only concern is if it is humid, and the capsule contents is drawing in moisture it could result in mold/mildew/bacterial growth. A very dry environment is great, and of no concern. Please consider the storage environment to reach a conclusion on why it is getting hard once removed from the bottle for several days.
