Immediate relief from what I believe is a herniated disc (had before). Have other spinal problems too and was very close on several days to not being able to walk (or even stand). It seems very well made and is not too uncomfortable, certainly standing and walking is fine; sitting is a little uncomfortable however I will tolerate this as sitting without a support belt at all is agony. Its a warm day today and doesn't feel too hot. I am hoping wearing it for a few weeks will return my back to its "normal" unstable self - but at least I can usually walk and carry out tasks. Have spent the last 4/5 days in total agony unable to do anything and before this the back was bad for a couple of weeks so expect recovery in approx 4-6 weeks time.

I am machine operator. Sweeting all the shift in the hot days. My spine sciatica got hurt so hard by direct fan air conditioning during the shist as it was just behind me.!!!I couldn't even get out of bed the next day and not even 600mg painkillers could help!!!!I purchased this back support belt as all weekend passed and my situation just git even worse!!!!I just can say IT'S MIRACLE 👌👌👌🫶🫶.I suggest for the best result, take some pain killer during using this belt and you will see how it fix the problem in less than an hour.If I didn't buy it, I should've stay the least one week out of work unpaid.!!!!!I recommend it to everyone with sciatica problem. good fit helps to relieve my pack pain

I've had a deformed vertebra since 1989 so I know a thing or two about lower back pain. After a recent flare up of pain (because I've let my core strength slip) I ordered this support and can say it is the best I've ever had by a very long way. It's super supportive whilst not being too constrictive and I can adjust it perfectly to my needs. I can't find any negatives yet but I've only had it a few hours. It even holds my beer gut in.

I've been hobbling about like an old man, struggling to get out of chairs and yelping in pain in the middle of Tesco after putting my back out. However, wearing this keeps me upright and allows me to function almost normally, reducing the pain and allowing me to feel normal again. I cannot put into words how this has made my life much, much better. Better than any painkillers I've had over the years. Wish I'd found this years ago.

I worked as a full time gardener, so constantly on my hands and knees and my lower back takes a bashing daily.I was advised to purchase a lower back brace to help support my posture and prevent future issues and pain.I have been wearing/using it now for about a month, wanted to test it before leaving a review.It certainly helps, can be made as snug as you need, I wear it quite low on my back and I love the removable pressure point mould feature which I can feel working when I’m weeding and clearing.Not terribly comfortable to drive in but you get used to it. It’s a relief when I take it off, so you know it’s definitely holding you in all the right places..Overall it’s perfect for manual work where you have to do a lot of bending and lifting. I would be in a lot more pain if I wasn’t using it, that’s for certain.

I suffer from lower back and hip pain and after wearing this brace my back feels so much better. It is so easy to wear and feels very breathable in summer. I used to enjoy running but had to stop due to the pain but hopefully with long term use I can resume my usual activity.

Only used this a couple of times but it really does help when lifting heavy objects, I'm a 36" waist but it only just fits so perhaps try a size up. Hence the 4 stars.
