I can't really tell from the Q&A or reviews: Can you apply it to one piece out of water, then mate it to the second piece underwater?

Worst glue Iv ever used
By far the worst glue Iv ever used for corals. It’s very runny and when u put it in water it forms a seal over itself. It’s incredibly hard to break the “seal” and get it to bond with the rock. Even once you have managed to bond it to the rock work it can be easily removed. By far the worst I have ever used DO NOT BUY
