Sleep quality
The main thing I noticed on the very first night was that I slept so much better and got up less through the night and also woke up on my own earlier because I was well rested.

Healthy Choice
The ingredients in these, especially the essential amino acids are highly recommended, and the product helps with sleep. Win, win.

Decent set of ingredients, decent results
I try all sorts of sleep supplements and generally switch around from evening to evening so that I don't build up a tolerance for any of them. I was attracted to this product due to the ingredients. It seems they have everything covered when it comes to sleep except for melatonin (which doesn't work for everyone anyways). As for its effectiveness, it's hard to pin down the impact of a supplement on sleep because every night is different. Stress levels, what you have eaten or drank that day, exercise, etc. all vary from day to day and all have an impact on quality of sleep. But I will say that the handful of times I have used this my sleep seems at least slightly better than normal. And the price seems fair for what you get.

Does seem to make me sleepy, but...
One of the first things I look for immediately in blends with magnesium is the form of magnesium they use, that is a good indicator of the quality of ingredients. Magnesium oxide in particular is cheap but barely absorbable, the citrate a bit better, but magnesium glycinate is what you want, it is highly bioavailable, and that's what is in this blend. However... at 33 grams this doesn't offer much, so will still need an additional magnesium supplement.Next I checked out the form of B6, it's been on my radar. This blend uses pyridoxine hydrochoride which, if you follow Dr. Berg, is typically synthesized using petroleum, hydrochloric acid and formaldehyde, and it ironically blocks the natural form of B6 and can actually lead to a B6 deficiency (I'd suggest researching, there are several good videos from different sources on YT regarding this). I want the paradoxyl-5-phosphate (P5P), the natural form of B6 which the body ultimately uses. Now with those two looked at, I'll say I'm a big proponent of ashwagandha and gaba, that's what drew me in to this supplement. Ashwagandha helps with cortisol levels and it's a supplement I can really tell if I'm taking or not; it's a cortisol modulator, evens it out, and so can improves sleep quality. Gaba helps with cortisol as well, it relieves stress and soothes nerve cells, it works by regulating neurotransmitter activity in the brain. And tryptophan is always good for sleep, I learned that as a kid after turkey dinner lol (turkey is high in tryptophan), tryptophan turns into serotonin turns into melatonin. However, the amount of ashwagandha in this is confusing to me, it states 100mg of a 30:1 extract and there's no way for me to translate that, high extraction ratios are misleading when it comes to plant extracts, and extraction ratios cannot be verified. All I know is I normally take 600-1000 mg of the ashwagandha root and leaf powder, (with the black pepper) divided into two doses throughout the day, and that works well for me. As for GABA, this blend has 750mg which is about right give or take, but 500 mg of tryptophan which seems high. That said, it did seem to help me sleep.I'm on the fence with this product, I do NOT like the form of B6 in this (I make sure I time my P5P (natural B6) as far away from this as possible (and I'm not sure that helps avoid the absorption problem the pyrodoxide hydrochoride presents), and as said I am confused by the amount of ashwaganda and still trying to balance it with what I normally take during the day, AND the Vitamin D needs some vitamin K2 paired with it (they work synergistically, worth researching).I have a suspicion that it's the high tryptophan that is actually making me sleepy but it does seem to be doing so. I will finish these bottles and assess again, and report back if I have anything new to add.

Excellent Combination of Ingredient to Promote Relaxation & Sleep
This supplement is designed as an all-in-one formula to support mood balance, relaxation, and cognitive function. With a blend of amino acids, adaptogens, and neurotransmitter precursors, this product aims to help manage stress, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall mental well-being.It's made in the USA, non-GMO, GMP-certified.Finally, I found a supplement that has almost all of the ingredients to help with sleep. I usually take magnesium glycinate, GABA, inositol, apigenin, l-theanine, vitamins B1, D3, chamomile/saffron/passion fruit extract, etc. in individual supplement capsules. This product manages to combine a major number of them into 1 capsule. The only ingredient that is lacking is magnesium glycinate; I supplement that shortfall with an additional dosage of another product. The end result is a good night's sleep. This product works very well. The formulation brings together a blend of ingredients, in a serving, that each plays a specific role in maintaining a balanced nervous system and healthy mood:Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) is the brain’s primary inhibitory neurotransmitter. In this formula, a hefty 750 mg dose aims to help quiet neural activity and promote relaxation, easing the mind and potentially reducing feelings of anxiety.5-HTP: 5-Hydroxytryptophan is a direct precursor to serotonin. It supports serotonin synthesis, which is essential for mood regulation, sleep quality, and appetite balance. Enhanced serotonin levels can contribute to overall emotional stability.L-Tryptophan: As an essential amino acid and another serotonin precursor, L-Tryptophan offers support for mood formation and stress relief. By providing nearly twice the dose of 5-HTP, the design intends to supplement and prolong the production of serotonin.L-Theanine: Derived primarily from green tea, L-Theanine is reputed for promoting a state of calm alertness. It helps smooth out the effects of stress without causing drowsiness, thereby supporting both relaxation and mental focus.Ashwagandha: Utilized for its adaptogenic properties, Ashwagandha helps the body manage stress and supports cortisol balance. Its inclusion makes the formula particularly appealing for those experiencing chronic or acute stress.S-adenosylmethionine (SAM-e) is involved in methylation, a biochemical process tied to neurotransmitter production and mood regulation. It may work synergistically with the other ingredients to uplift mood and maintain cognitive clarity.L-Glycine: This simple amino acid is known for its calming effect on the brain and can support healthy sleep architecture. It may further reinforce the product’s capacity to ease tension and promote restfulness.
