Only way my mom and I can get our vitamin D levels to go up with oral supplements. Make sure to take with a fat. Vitamin D is oil soluble. I put a squirt of this under my tongue, leave it as long as I can, then swallow. Eat a piece of bacon or avocado or something with a healthy fat.

I love how clean the ingredients are and just olive oil. It is very hard to find anything with clean ingredients where they don’t add extra stuff so this is perfect and you only need literally one drop. Love love love this!!

No better way to take my D3

I feel this Liqui-D3 really has no flavor, it's just oily. Hubby always complains! We both take it. I have used it since 2009 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a health consult with a pharmacist who deals in more natural solutions, who recommended it, I began taking it. I got an initial lab done for D levels and I was in normal range for that particular lab and report. I'm thinking it might have been between 20 and 30. Just 2 weeks ago we were tested and my level was 78.5 ng/ML. Life Extensions company recommends levels to be between 50 and 80. I'm really happy with that result. I try to take 5 drops per day which is10,000 IU. Keeping our immune systems built up is extremely important now more than ever as we don't plan to be submitted to the jab. A side note, my last bone density was slightly better than the previous one. I also take calcium and magnesium and I'm 69 years old. One bottle lasts quite a while. We drop it on a spoon and lick it off...easier than holding the dropper above our mouth and trying to drop it in!

Taste isn’t amazing but I only need one drop which makes it so easy to take. Good ingredients and value since the bottle lasts forever.

I like the liquid form, but the dropper runs rather fast, so it's hard to know if you get just one drop or more. As this is important I wish the merchant would adjust the dropper accordingly. The liquid is thin and runs fast. Other than that so far no problems.

It was exactly as pictured and shipped very fast!!! I received it today and I immediately put 2 drops on my tongue to find out how the taste would be and surprisingly it had no flavor at all to me. I bought this for myself as I have very low levels of Vitamin D and take a weekly pill for it but even after 3 yrs of being on that same pill, my levels are no better so my doctor told me to find Vitamin D in other forms. I can only handle the small gel caps that she prescribes and cannot handle the larger pills so this was the perfect solution for me.I am happy with this. It comes in a glass bottle with a very nice dropper that works very well. You just need to let the excess on the sides drip off so that you get only the one drop in your mouth at a time. GREAT PRODUCT - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!I also bought another brand that was not as potent for my son and that one does have a slight citrus flavor that I had to wash down after so I may have to give this to my son in VERY SMALL doses if he doesn't like the other one.
